2012-11-22 International certificate GREEN FLAG for Private Salesian High School

"Green Flag" certificate, awarded to schools throughout the world as part of the Eco-Schools programme (www.eco-schools.com). The Eco-Schools programme has been running since 1994, has 15,000 member schools from 43 countries in Europe, Africa, South America, Asia and Oceania. Until now, 4,500 schools have obtained the "Green Flag" certificate. The national Eco-Schools coordinator in Poland is the Polish Environmental Partnership Foundation, the only organisation entitled to award Green Flag certificates in Poland.  Certificates are conferred on schools for the duration of the school year and are designed to encourage them to keep working to improve and further develop their environmental initiatives, as well as to renew their certificate.
