COMENIUS LITHUANIA: MY EXPERIENCE
We went to Lithuania early morning on Monday and I was really excited about it.
I was happy to taste new food - I wanted to try herring but I am allergic to fish and the nearest hospital wasn't so nearby so I didn't want to try my luck. Also we've baked bread, which was really fun, discovering Lithuanian folklore and traditions. What was very interesting to me was the fact that they have an oak which grants you a wish if you bring it a rock, as well as light of happiness (mausoleum of a Lithuanian writer) which will also grants you a wish if you come fast upstairs to his mausoleum and correctly count the number of steps. Lithuania is a really beautiful country, those 5 days seemed like 5 minutes, I was so amazed…

At first I would like to thank my teachers for enabling me to visit Lithuania and have a great experience which I will remember forever. I had a lot of fun and met a lot of interesting people. I learned about new languages, cultures and countries which I knew nothing about and much more.
In my opinion the organization was really good, we had a lot of interesting workshops and I hope that next year I will have the opportunity to travel again. I would also like to thank the family that took me in. The food was great and I hope that I will keep in touch with my hosts.

I realy enjoyed this project. I met a lot of new people with who I have contact till now... Lithuania is very simular to Poland (I mean nature) but they have also a lot of different habits... We could recognize coultures of another countries through talking to others students and teachers I want to go there one more time.

I really enjoy taking part in the exchange. Thanks to my Lithuanian colleagues I had the opportunity to improve my English and learn many interesting things. I'm sure that people who I knew I will remember all my life, I hope we see in the short time.
