REPORT OF MARTA MALOLEPSZY (POLAND)

 

Wednesday

We arrived to Pusztamerges after two days in Budapest. The trip to the Pusztamerges passed quickly. When we arrived we saw a lot of snow and it was cold outside. We were accommodated at school. In the evening we had dinner and we spend time with ours friends in our rooms.

 

Thursday

We wake up at 7:30. After breakfast at school canteen we had meeting with other Comenius groups. We were showing our presentation about National Parks. We were talking about different rules witch must be observe. We took a a photo in front of the school building- it is a good souvenir from the trip. Looking at this photo we can remind all of good moments witch happened during our visit in Hungary. After dinner we were working on a project. We had some games which helped us to come closer with other students. It was very nice experience. We had very interesting evening. We were trying to dance Hungarian dances. It was really funny. After we were divided into groups and we had quiz. Questions were related to our countries. During this game was a huge rivalry and tension but with fun. We had surprise after competition. Huge, blue cake with 12 stars ( the same as EU Flag) it was delicious. After whole day we were tired and we fall asleep very quickly.

 

Friday

Today we had breakfast a bit earlier because we had to go for the bus trip to Szeged. When we arrived to the city we went to the Szeged University. We took part in a lecture about Hungarian National Parks. It was nice. The lecturer was talking interesting and his presentation was attractive. We were visiting Szeged with guide. He showed as the best and the most beautiful places in this city. The dinner was delicious. We went to the one of the traditional Hungarian restaurant. We had a chance to try the fish soup witch was very spicy. Next we had different options to choose( shopping or swimming pool) Even thought we were in different places all of us had a great time. We come back to school near 8 o;clock. It was wonderful day.

 

Saturday

Today after breakfast we went to the Kiskunsági National Park. The journey took as about 2 hours. After we were walking to the Shepherd house. It was really cold outside. In the house guide was talking about history of it. After we went to the building where we had dinner. Before it we were listening to presentation about Hungarian National Park. After it our knowledge about fauna and flora in National Parks increase. After dinner we had another surprise. We took part at the sleigh ride. We rode in a sleigh through the snow and there was silence around us. It was a great feeling. Near 6 o clock we come back to the Pusztamerges. In the evening we had supper with all of the teachers and student who took part in the edition of Comenius. It was nice way to spend the last hours with nice people who we met there.

 

Sunday

Today at 5 o clock in the morning we left Pusztamerges. We are coming back home. We are happy that we could take part in this event. We met a lot of new people wit whom we want to have contact. We learnt a lot of new information about National Parks in different countries. We are waiting for next meetings.
