Teacher impressions
My trip to Hungary was an experience I’ll remember for a long time. Preparations were similar to planning an invasion - what are the conditions, will we make it, how can we execute the plan in time… Facebook became headquarters to all of us who dared to imagine travelling under those weather conditions. Some of us unfortunately couldn’t make it and idea of reunion from Wroclaw fell through. But they remained in our thoughts with the hope to see them at the next meeting.
Our hosts, shocked by the snow as well, welcomes us with warmth and offering us familiar atmosphere made the experience worth going through. The village Pusztamerges, surrounded by snow looked like a fairy tale place where we all had the opportunity to hide for a little while. It was really cold and we were sceptical of our own endurance but we made it home in one piece, filled with positive impressions of Hungarian culture, cuisine, nature and its people.

Our trip to Hungary was a wonderful experience like a battle against the weather conditions and discussions about the meeting.
We wil never forget the time we shared with the other schools, meals, chats, dances and excursions; but the most important of all was the friendly atmosphere.
In fact we had a very short time to prepare the documents fort he meting as we were neadrly at the end of the first semester. But everbody worked hard and it really worth.
Having an exciting, exhausted and a long journey from Ankara to Pusztamerges, we were welcomed very friendly. Everything was ready for us. Zsofia was very helpful during our stay and she was always ready to solve any difficulties.
The presentation day was very successful. Students did their best and the excursion to Kiskunsaga National park was also great. The meal was very delicious. It was the same as a traditional turkish meal. The park ranger will gave us a brief information about the park was very professional in his job.
Leaving Pusztamerges on a very early Sunday morning was a pity for my group. We left the school leaving our hearts there but hoping to meet all the groups in Italy.
